A little more about coaching

"Let us work as if success depended upon ourselves alone, but with heartfelt conviction that we are doing nothing, and God everything."
~ St. Ignatius Loyola

Getting a coach is fantastic and will help you reach goals you almost taught can never be attained.

You must know that coaching is not therapy or a quick fix machine. It is a step by step process to bring out that best. We've all got a best inside just waiting to pop out and needs a little push.
What the coach does is to love you, believe in you and help you work through walls.

With a good coach you can create something amazing.

The whole world is in competition Yes!!!!! and this can be frightening.

I'll suggest that you do this for you .The minute you make one achievement .....you fuel yourself for another.

You don't have to be 100% in what you set out to do ,the important thing is -the step was taken and like i say.... IT GETS BETTER .

"Take the first step, and your mind will mobilize all its forces to your aid. But the first essential is that you begin. Once the battle is started, all that is within and without you will come to your assistance." ~ Robert Collier

Thats the fact of life ..the more you take action the better you get.

Dr Susan Jeffers : "If you feel good about what you are doing and feel it can help the world in some way ,then push on."

She also said and i agree with her "Fear is such a common thing. If we could just accept that fear is part of life and collect the tools to help us push past all our fears ,we can all become stronger more loving people.

Very often , every time you try something new you're going to experience fear.

The things you want the most are often the things you most fear approaching.

If we remember the words in the Bible that says " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Affirm it ,Believe it ,Act it.

Affirmations also helps to build our courage to walk in the mist of fear. and the Bible has loads of them.Affirmations thats backed with power.

Note this - Do not let your vision get blurred.
